I'm looking to be in BKK from April to October 2010. Want to stay in Sukhumvit, Thong Lo, Ekkamai area. Here is my list of requirements:

1 Bedroom, furnished. Looking for 15-25k/month.

Gym facility

Swimming pool a plus

Modern Building preferred

Internet ready. Does not have to be wireless, I can set that up myself.

Near BTS, 10 min walk is fine.

If someone has dealt with a good agent or owner, please PM me. I will be staying for a week in a hotel. During this week, I will be viewing places.

Also, I've heard that I can negotiate the rate if I offer to pay in full upfront. Is there any truth to this?

Try my condo, does not match ALL of your requirements but well within your budget. I would need a deposit if you wanted to book ahead.
