It Tech Needed For Small Business Server Set Up

Small business needs a server for 5-10 computers. Would like to be able to work off the server, and some files are rather large (photoshop files 500+mb). Looking for an experienced IT person who can make hardware suggestions, install and troubleshoot, and potentially be available in the future as problems arise. Thanks for any insights.
