Pepper Spray - Where

Wheres a good place to get it? Was on Sukhumvit road, a stall guy was selling it large bottle/can for 500baht that said "police" on it (really?), small bottle 350baht. I wonder if those are good prices since it's a tourist area, however I also saw a guy selling it at MBK 2nd floor over on the t-shirts end, exact same bottles much higher (1000 at first, then 700, 500 respectively only after bargaining). Also I wonder if this stuff is legit, canister, aerosol and the stuff that mixes inside all of good quality that will last a good few years like the kind you can get in say the US, or if it's cheapy stuff.
