So, my stupid cat got in a fight or something last week. Probably with her mother who was a much better cat but was forced to move two doors down with the snotty little girl who won't give her back. ANYWAY, I took her to the Vet . whom I'm secretly in love with ever since she killed my dog. I know that sounds weird but sharing an experience like that with someone you trust is pretty rare, and besides she's pretty dam_n good looking also.

ANYWAY, for the last week I've had to roll the cat up in footrugs in order to give her her pills twice per day. Some kind of elixir I need to shoot in her mouth with a hypo AND put the antibiotic ointment on the wound. I've got lacerations on my hands , wrists and arms. dam_n cats!

Gardening gloves, crash helmet, protective clothing and doc martin boots help. But she will still claw that wee bit of skin that you forgot. The vet, when she showed me how to give Jimbo a pill, made it seem like a walk in the park. Grab the head and open the jaws...

One way to do it, supposedly, is to grind the pill up in a bit of water and then rub it on their fur. So they lick it off. But you can't know how much of the medication they receive.

Funniest thing that happened to me was dropping the contents of my handbag in a restaurant and all the syringes for the cat medication fell out..... No i do not have a drug problem that we need to talk about!!!

So, he won't take the pills or the syringe so we eventually got a spray thingy. That was five years ago. Every time I open a bottle of fizzy whatever he cringes thinking bad mamma is going to attack him!!
