Time for a visa run to Ban Laem and instead of using the usual route 359 and 317 I was thinking of the more scenic 3259 but as its not a major road I was wondering if anyone has driven it recently and can comment on its condition. Don't fancy negotiating dirt and pot holes for an hour or more

You can go ahead the raod is in acceptable condition and the scenery is nice, just after Tha Takiap you will cross a National Park, I made a 2 days trip with my bike to Chantaburi by this way 3 month ago.

Thanks very much for the reply ....I'd about given up. I took a look at the route on google earth and it looked o.k. but its hard to tell from 5 year old pictures taken from a satellite
