Hi all. I've heard different stories about what can be done in a just a few mo's in other Aisan countries to line the pockets and pay off debts. Things I've heard about working an English camp in Korea sound better than working my regular teaching jobs here in Thailand.

Have any of you ever gone to to do a power-gig in Korea ? Like an English camp ? Is it easy to find the gigs ? Do they really honor contracts and work out was well as the initial courtship would suggest ? And then does the same exist in Taiwan or Japan ? I'm ready to travel and work my butt off for proper reward this summer. Just need someone to offer a bit of advice and point me in the rt direction.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who might be interested in any guidance you guys can provide.

Thanks !

I don't know if this is the best place to get the information you want, but it's a place to start. Maybe some of our former (or current) Korean teachers can help answer. One thing I am wondering is their school term the same as ours--will April be summer there?
