Hang on a minute, let's not make Bridge out to be the bad Guy in all this, this arsehol_e of a Human Being who was meant to be one of his best Pals, rumped the Mother of his Child & all of a sudden we're talking about the steel of Wayne Bridge ??

Wow !!!!

Team Bridge won the day today, in more ways than one, Chelsea Supporters who booed him should be absolutely ashamed of themselves..

How on Earth anyone can condone the actions of JT just sums up what sort of Person they are in my book..

Bellamy Interview after the Game : "I know what JT is like, and nothing surprises me about him, so I am still not gonna comment on that guy. I think everyone in football knows what that guy is like"

Stop being a drama queen. It was Bridge's EX girlfriend and she was, therefore, fair game (or so it seems by the number of the squad who went through her).

I don't condone what Terry did I am just saying that the situation does not warrant Bridge withdrawing from the England squad. No one will convince me he was right to do this either for himself or, more importantly, for the England team. In my view he has let the team down for what is only a minor domestic incident.

A mate shagging your ex-girlfriend for God's sake - get a grip Wayne !

Wow, the Mother of his Child & you find that acceptable & call it a minor domestic incident & call her fair game ??

Don't know where you're from Fella but it isn't the same Planet as me & <deleted> having you as a Friend.. :D

No morals, thats the problem with some people Singhy and we can take it that you won't be inviting Chaimai round for a drink especially if your girlfriend's there :) .

It's true though Alf isn't it ??

In Chamai's defence, i ( hopefully ) assume he didn't see the point i made about the Bird Mothering Bridge's Child otherwise he wouldn't have said what he did in his last Post..

I'd like to think so anyway & if that is the case then fair play, he just has to say it..

But if he didn't & that is what he thinks, i stand by what i said...

Shes had plenty stirring it but come on we all live or visit Thailand its probably happened to us all :D , anyway Terry is better then Bridge and theyre professionls so it shouldnt make a difference to the teams performance ... the dressing rooms havent had this happen in 44 years (as all we know) and in all bar 2 tournaments 1990 1996 England have been crap .. and after the last 2 dreadful tournaments in 2008/2006 imho it cant make performaces any worse.

It's clear Terry 's form is suffering, no matter how successfully he has expensively and cowardly hushed the whole thing up. What he needs to do is call a press conference, apologise to his missus, the bird, Bridge, his team and his country, and move on.

Without that there is no closure for him. His form is currently poor, he may have lost Chelsea the Premiership title because of it, and it may affect England's chances in the World Cup.

If he is man enough to apologise, then Bridge could accept his place back in the England side with dignity.

Happy stirring my own porridge ! :D

I take on board what you said about her being the mother of his child, but......

If I was 29 and had the chance to go to South Africa to play football for my country, nothing would stop me.

The fact that an ex-mate slept with my ex-missus would not come close to preventing me going.

This is the soccer forum, not an agony page or the bleeding hearts club.

Don't get me wrong, I think John Terry is a low-life <deleted> but what has happened in their private lives has happened. It should not be allowed to affect the run up to the World Cup Finals. The impact on Terry's form is now the major concern.

Once again the sensationalist British press is making a soap opera out of all this - with no useful outcome (other than the sale of a few more tabloids).

I can see that Singhy and I are never going to best mates because Bridge SHOULD show steel and be man enough to put himself back up for England selection.

He has already won the moral high ground (not difficult when it is up against J. Terry :D ).

Footnote: I am not sure how long it was after we split up that my ex-missus was 'rumped' by someone else.

The fact is that the day we split up she became the "ex-Mrs Chaimai" and we were both free agents. I didn't keep a time-chart that said:- Months 1-3 Anyone who shags her (mate or otherwise) is the biggest dirt-bag in the world; Months 4-6 anyone who shags her has the morals of a slug; 6 months+ Anyone who shags her is a bit of charlatan but they can still be my mate.

Who sets the tariff ?

That hits the nail on the head.

But this is a man who sat on a bench letting his career go by in A. Coles shadow happy to cash his inflated pay cheque instead of going to a club to get a game every week, become a better footballer and compete for the England left back spot, hardly a sign of him having bulldog breed esq fighting spirit.

Or,

maybe he is aware of the fact that there are a few other players who are infront of him for that spot anyway.

I guess he didnt need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out, and based of that he might have been content with what he did and earned for a living.

Moving on.

Many of my colleagues, form various countries seem to have the same rule.

ALWAYS ask your mate if you want to pursue one of his ex'es.

But there will always be some neandertal men that are controlled by their dicks.

Well if he had he might have discovered she was a money grabbing publicity seeking <deleted>! :)

You seem to miss the point, it's not her being rumped but her being rumped by your best mate which is a bit different, well it is where i come from.

Where has anyone mentioned a timescale so whats that about :) .

I agree and that is what a man would do. Not sure how much of a man Terry is and his PR agent certainly isn't earning his crust.

think bridge has handled himself with a remarkable amount of dignity through this palaver, particularly given that he's about as sharp as a lump of blu-tack. terry continues to make a total whopper of himself. if he wasn't such an arrogant bastard this could have been handled far better and chelsea might not have lost three of their last six matches.

I agree - as long as it was not turned into a Tiger woods-like circus.

^ Yeah, but way more fun for us non-Chelsea supporters this way!

... and it keeps the title race open.

Well, at least for 2 teams.
