Featured Replies

it will be a year from the 17 th May 2009, but the life in England is well.... terrible !

i have been offered another job in Thailand and will be starting at the beginning of May.

see you all soon

He'll be sweeping up after the Red Shirt rallies finish.

You've got a couple of months of minimal tourism now - with red shirts runnning through to Song Kran, yellow shirts joining in when they feel like it.

haha, wait for the next TV gathering, you will see the moves .

SBK

Did you ever sort the TV Piss Up in Samui? , i saw it mentioned many times but i believe nothing happened???

Nope, couldn't get any business on board willing to make a deal and samuiites are a contentious lot. Reason I asked, JAMES, is because Boater is a former samuiite. :)

I've been looking after your boat for you since you've been gone. It might need a new coat of paint, though. sbk said I could keep it in front of her place until you get back.

So SBK, can we arrange a Samui ' Party' in may ???

seen the Samui thread on it, and was bored after post 4... to much complaining

lets just make a venue and do it !

Boater, your sea-going ship is a fraction over the top. You'd b e better off with a nice portable jobbie - here's a photo of me with mine, taken just a few years back...

Let me check my calender :) Might be in the US in May, but not sure yet.

Pity Boo will be gone by then, I am sure she has loads of fans on Samui dying to meet her too :D

But, its a thought, let me talk to Rooo and we just set something up, can be unofficial and maybe g will feel generous and chip in, if not, no worries, we all should have some money left :D

quick one

if i get a non b visa from the Royal Thai Embassey in Birmingham, do i need the orignal company docs, or can i use scaned copies sent from my new company?, only ever done a company visa from inside thailand ( well Singapore / Penang )

or do any other members recommend London or Hull ?

i have 1 1/2 months to sort out....

cheers

Hull seems to be efficient and turnround is very quick IMHO.

Good luck Boater
