I've Googled around and am having a tough time finding bus schedules.

My domestic flight arives at 18:25 and I want to get to Pattaya.

I'll have missed the last Bell Bus and the Jomtien Bus leaves at 21:00.

Looking for alternatives such as 389.

Bus 389??? Isn't that the predecessor to what we now call the Jomtien bus?? If you have checked in baggage your only option is the 21:00 Jomtien bus. If you only have hand baggage you can make the 19:00 Jomtien bus (Yes!!! There is also a 19:00 bus now.) If this bus is full you might make it to the Airport Bus station and catch the 106 baht bus to Pattaya Bus station (line 9905??) also at 19:00. Anyhow check the desk for the Jomtien bus. They regularly insert extra buses. (Especially 20:00, since Bell stops running at 18:00) J!!!

Thanks for the heads up re the extra Jomtien busses, especially the 19:00, not on the website.

I'll try to carryon my luggage if they let me.

If I'm early but the bus is full, exactly how to I get to the airport bus station from the airport to catch the 9905?

Does the 9905 stop at the Pattaya Nua bus station? Or can I get dropped off at Sukhumvit and Pattaya Tai which is better for me?

That airport bus station is about 1 or 2 km away. I took the public bus from downtown to there last year, then took a free airport shuttle bus from the transit station to the airport. Should be easy to do the reverse. I can't recall if the signs outside say "free shuttle" or "transit center". I am sure someone can point you to that once you get near the exit doors.
