Monthly Rentals Sathorn/silom

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend 'inexpensive' accommodation in these areas? Needing to stay for upwards of a month but don't want to get locked in to a 6 month rental contract. Cleanliness and not too noisy biggest priorities, preferably with internet. Thankyou.

Wow they have less than 6month contracts? I think that would be serviced apts

Whats your budget range?.

Try Boone Residence in Naratiwas Soi 10. Its walking distance to Chong Nonsi BTS and the rooms are good and cheap. Its on the left side anout 100 meters up Soi 10.

I've had a monthly rental in Sathorn, but 'spartan' would be a an understatement. Searching the net, I've seen quite a few serviced apartments on a monthly basis, but seem to be very few and far between in this area. I think they'd make a good business as there's a large section of independent renters who aren't being catered to. Independent travellers, just older than the backpacker, but with a little more time in any one place.

Any more?

Not sure Naratiwat soi 10 is coming out at Sahorn soi Saint Louis (soi 11)??

The first condo righthand site, nice big rooms.

A mate off mine stayed there just paid by day (800 :), no deposit no long term contract.
