we have no water come too the house in uor compound anybody know where to buy water too fill the tank so we can shower and use the toilet

I live around the corner from you and my 2000 litre tank is full. However, a couple of weeks ago it was empty! I think you will find that there is a limited supply of water (low pressure) from 2300 to 0500 hours each night. Your problem is probably your ballcock - the device that shuts off the water supply when your tank is full. These clog up every couple of years or so and , with the low water pressure, get stuck in the closed position. That is what happened when I ran out of water 2 weeks ago. Change the ballcock and all is well once again. IQ have various sizes - 1/2", 3/4" and 1" - check your pipe size before you buy.

P.S. In the meantime, get by on some bottles of 25 litre water - these are or can be delivered to the door.

P.P.S. Did you know that the special deal on water finished last month after a year or so of free water supplies? The water bills that came out last month carried a very strong message, in Thai of course, that if you did not pay your bill by the 11th or 13th of the month that they, the Water Authority, would cut off your water supply. Just a thought! You did pay your water bill, didn't you?

There is water in this area of town, albeit limited, low pressure and at night. My best bet is your clogged-up ballcock. Fix it today and have water tomorrow.

Why not? It would be an additional 75,000+ liters of water storage, just put a cover on the pool to reduce evaporation.
