I just got back from eight days in Krabi. There the Songkran lasts only one day plus the only people getting wet were the ones "playing" . I went the whole week without getting wet by retarded people even once. Amazing. I even crossed the street several times among the pickups loaded with scum water and when pointing out my camera and the fact that I didn't want it wet,was "allowed" to cross without personal assault. By the way has anyone heard this years death count? Krabi/ Ao Nang rocks.

That type of decent behaviour is prohibited in Pattaya during Songkran WEEK.
