Dear Mister, i read about a retired visa "income certificate plus deposit account at the total amount of no less than 800,000 Bath a YEAR.

Do i have to understand that i have to tranfert EVERY YEAR the amount of 800,000 Bath Bank to Bank?

No, every year at the time for extension you need to show that the current balance is 800K.

Your balance can be lower during the year, doesn't matter!
