Transfer Land

can anyone tell me how much it is to transfer land. its the mothers land going to the daughter, the land is worth about 100 k

We recently paid 0.5% tax on a chanote title from my wife's mother in Bangkok, but that was an inheritance..The same size of land that got transfered from my wife's aunty cost us about 6% though. Depends on the situation..
