I am looking for utilities, emergency numbers, plumber, electrician, builder, local police, hospital, dentist,  etc etc

Actually that other site latelyo posted has got some good info on it

Police, hospitals, public utilities etc are acceptable phone numbers to post and in fact, the Koh Samui forum has a pinned thread of such phone numbers.
