Radio Wave 88 FM need another alternative. Although I enjoy this show, it is too full of extended news and useless information regarding tourist and tax return etc and not enough music. Especially between 7-8 am. Why do they think we need tourist info, the same info everyday? Today I don't I think I heard any songs between 7.30am and 7.55am ( I left the car at 7.55am). And to make it worse the English news translation is terrible and now there is a foreigner with a lisp casting the news (today).

I know I've complained about the news English translation before but to just tell listeners that "we don't control that isn't good enough as other stations use other good news source . There appears to be some new “News Flash” presenters; today (at 9.00am) and he was good, think his name was Tat. I hope this is a step towards replacing the bad translators especially the girl that says “News flesch”.

Please give me another good English speaking radio station, especially for 7-8am, because I am stuck in traffic most weekdays and a good radio station can make all the difference.

Is this the same station that used to be on FM 107 ? I also listened to this station and liked it and yes the news reading was good. But now the reception is so bad, has it moved to 107.7 ?

Met 107 is awful, also the news on there is the same as 88 as the news comes from the PR department of the Royal Thai Government. One Thai girl on the news has a speech impediment and another one is just plain awful, surely they can find someone that can read English with some level of ability to do this.

The reason Met 107 isn't clear is because the red shirt radio was like 106.something and so they obviously blocked it..so bad reception..you can thank the government for that one..

and I know someone that works at the station and he told me that they actually have so many people to come in to audition to read for the news...I was thinking of going in to audition..because I would love to have that job and I think I can do a million times better...
