Tourist Visa For New Zealanders

Featured Replies

There seems to be some complications now as I search thaivisa for updates.

Has there been a recent change?. Looking through the list of available tourist visas,

I find one area quotes only 15 days. A further search shows up to 30 or 60 days on arrival

plus extensions available.

I have just booked my flight on the 28 day basis. Am I in trouble. Heeeeelp?

Arriving at an airport will give you 30 days if you arrive without a visa, when entering thailand at a land border only 15 days.

With your trip for 28 days you don't need a visa and won't have any problems. Enjoy your stay.

Hi there,

you must surely have booked your air travel through one of the travel agents here in N.Z..

They will tell you anything that you want to know about this.

We travel to Thailand every year from N.Z. and allways get a 30 day stamp at the airport.

Thanks, for that.

What sparked this was a local thai, told me he got 19days only, have to check with him again, maybe some confusion there

I have been importing from Thailand for 22 years, with never a problem.

I always book direct with Thai. However is this information available on THAIVISA,?? I could not find

however I may have overlooked it somehow.

Remember the good old days when we used to get 90 days visa free on arrival, and the Thais got the same in NZ? Bloody Aussies screwed that one up.
