hello my friends

when flying with air asia international what size is for the luggage allowed?

on webpage are only explanations how many weight.

and how many suitcases can take?

needs every suitcase an own booking?

or can book two suitcases with 15 kg only as one extra luggage 30 kg?

???

They charge by weight of your luggage. As far as I know they will take as many pieces as will make up that weight (within reason of course, don't try checking 30 X 1/2 kg bags on a 15kgs charge)

Incorrect, Air Asia started from 1 March 2010 a one Cabin bag policy.

Sorry Mate,

Just wake up, check in luggage you are wright, it is only the handcarry luggage that has a one bag policy.

I just took my brother in law to the airport and he had paid for 20kgs check in luggage and turned up with 2 bags total weight 21.7kgs. No extra charges for a second bag OR for the excess weight.

I'm not sure about solo travelling but if you have more than one passenger on your ticket, it's the combined weight that counts.

My wife and I can both take up to 15kg (or more if you book the extra weight before hand) but if hers weighs 12kg, I can then have up to 18kg in my bag.

Oh, and only one piece of hand luggage but I have also had a separate laptop bag without problem in the past.
