Skin Tag Removal.

Featured Replies

I would like to remove six skin tags from the inside of my upper leg. I know that laser removal is possible, but its fairly expensive & some say will leave scars. What are the other options, freezing them off?

I have much experience with skin tags...unfortunately

Laser is a bit costly

IT DOES NOT LEAVE SCARS

DO NOT GO TO BANGKOK PATTAYA HOSPITAL FOR THIS PROCEEDURE

I went there the last time and the doctor was a joke the tags were never removed successfully!

A cheap and cheerful solution (and I know that other posters may refute this or come up with negative reason why not to use it) but -

Either yourself or partner - tie a piece of cotton around the base of the skin tag and it will drop off within days.

Good luck

I use a smal piece of duct tape to remove tags. Place it over tag and in a few days when you pull it of the skin tag comes off no pain if tape comes of in shower just keep putting it back on.

Lazer seems a bit OTT....It takes seconds - my doctor has a freeze spray (nitrogen I think) which targets the area very precisely. It then heals as it would if you had a small scrape, mine have never scarred. The only difficulty is that he isn't allowed to keep it in the surgery so you have to let him know ahead of appointment.

Im sure you'll be able to find a doctor that can do it easily.
