What Is Your Favourite Pizza.

Featured Replies

I'd just settle for having pineapple banned as a pizza topping.

Got my vote, with a close second being anchovies or the local bplarah variety.:)

Blue Cheese Calzone from the old Dao Cafe in dear old Patters gets my vote.

I had pizza in Savannakhet once that was edible.

Can't remember what was on it though, I was both drunk and in love at the time.

It's in Lao, across the river from Mukdahan. I took my girl friend of the moment and her cute best friend tagged along, I was hoping for a menage a trois which never eventuated which probably explains the drunkenness.

anchovies and olives yummmm

I have a friend coming next weekend to do some decorating in my flat. Yes, the cat did sort of sharpen his claws on the walls. And I have a desire to go out for a cheapish meal, but my friend will not eat pizza in a restaurant. And I fancy a pizza.

So, I shall buy a couple of basic Margarita ones and just add to them.

Extra cheese, mozarella, anchovies, chilli peppers, salami etc. And definately NO PINEAPPLE and get in a couple of good bottles of red. Salad and garlic bread.

We shall probably be crouched around the table, watching the TV from about two inches away. After we have moved all the furniture into the middle of the room.

Thank god he doesn't like the footy. Sensible sort of chap!!! Or if he does he can go down the pub. No footy in my house, unless I zap on it.

Pizzas are like women IMO.

Some are good, some are bad, some are spicy, some are sweet, some are saucy, some are cheesy, some are thick, some are thin. Some are good with beer, some are good with wine.

But in the end, nothing beats a good woman, a good pizza and a remote control.

"When the moon hits you eye like a big pizza pie That's amore!"

I have not had more than a mediocre pizza in over 20 years (since I moved to Thailand). This subject is downright depressing. :)

From memory you are a thin and crispy base with sausage fan

CB

You see !!!

It's this type of thinking that has got CB into such a position of power. The rest of us just moan about the heat when we go to Italian restaurants, not our CB, he uses sausages to make a fan...................... Simply brilliant.

Pats apart from you Euro billionaires, we all need dough.

Pineapple & olives on a white pizza is good stuff...really :)

PS: for those who dont know white pizza....

A traditional pizza bianca, or white pizza, generally has no sauce, just a covering of mozzarella cheese on top of some garlic, olive oil and herbs, with whatever other toppings are involved.
