Yes. I won 4,000 baht about 6 weeks ago, and they paid on the spot at the tallad, cost 3% to cash it.

That's good to hear, IT Man. Any idea how much you invested in tickets before you hit the 4000B payback? Not that that really matters, gambling's gambling and the odds are the same every time you play.
