Clampdown on Parking: Pattaya Enforces Strict Odd-Even Rule
The signage is perfectly adequate. The problem will be in a few weeks when they stop enforcing it. Like they did with the bylaw that stated no rental bikes on Beach Road at the weekend. Drive down Beach Road now at the weekend and see the hundreds of rental bikes taking up all the parking places. At Beach Road between 13/3 and13/4 I've even seen the servicing the bikes on the road. -

Security Guards and their whistles.
my experience with whistle-blowing security guards / parking attendants looks like they are trying to be helpful when I am backing into a parking space. However, I find it more of a distraction than a help -- especially when the car has mirrors, a reverse camera with parking guideline overlays, and sensors that make sounds when near collision. I just try to ignore it. -

What's going on with True?
One of the biggest problem I encounter with True is, that after a power failure, the service is gone for 4-12 hours. Sometimes it's a planned power cut, or sometimes an animal or a car who run into a transformer. Anyway you can't use their Internet for hours. About their 10GB code, it's only valid for 1 mobile. If there are 2 person or more, then you have to decide who use the code. Yes, I'm also don't like that the service always down for that long after a power cut. But I don't know if with AIS it's that much better? In my case my router swich automatic to my SIM Router, who takes over, in case of problems with True. And when True is back online, Main router switch back to the True Router.... thanks to failover.... -

Did Trump bring shame upon the US with his Zelensky lecture?
Zelensky had a choice. If he was meek, the Ukrainians fighting for him would have wondered what they were fighting for. It was obviously a setup by a coward and bully, who could not take him on alone, and needed Vance to fire the bullets for him. He has my respect as a hero for his people. OTOH, my respect for Trump, Vance and the 50% of Americans who voted for them went down the toilet quite some time ago. -

The Controversy Over Islamophobia and Grooming Gang Investigations
Often, their biggest problem. Taking for other countries' leniency; multi-culturalism, for granted. But no Vice-Versa; no sense of Mutualism(granting each other's freedom evenly). While in the 1st world, they often pose the victim of the west(with the help biased media) . But back home, quite oppressive against Non-Muslims. More than a decade ago, I have heard an awful story from someone from Canada(originally from Iran). Just because he and his family practiced other religion(not Islam), they(his family and his kinds) always met social oppression by the Muslim majority back home. Constant harassment/bullying to his community. And if anyone in his groups cracked and strike them back, they met 10-times Retaliation; e.g. Islamic mobs came to destroy and burn their houses... Close resemblance to Nazi persecution of Jews after the establishment of Hitler's 3rd Reich.
