I've heard of it and from what I know, it is great for the liver. A naturopath friend of mine put me on to it after I had malaria and I THINK it was good for me.

You should also avoid too much oil, drink lots of water and eats lots of vegies and fruit.

And, of course, not too much grog!

clear enough for you?

Clear enough to me try beet root chopped and eaten then drink the juice try and drink fresh juices and eat only fruit b4 midday

I know it's hard been there done that.

If you search the web beets are very good for de toxing.

I just think beet fruit tastes more palatable also like it or not Durian is stated as a great cleanser, garlic for antibiotics and parsely.

Try a homeopathic site. I hope I spelt that right

Plenty of water and the hardest of all dry our for 90 days

Good Luck You have my support like I said been there done that. I wanted to stop smoking but had to give up both soon as I picked up a beer I wanted a smoke.

NO B/S Cold turkey I just woke up and said that's it. NO MORE!

3 years and a little plus.

As i mentioned in another thread on this similar topic.

Did I want to be around when the kids get married.

Funny just come back from a wedding in Bkk. Only falang enough booze to stock a 7/11, band and everyone having a great time. I can't report on the after 2000 scenarios but hey they had 2 vans for a taxi service for the over indulged and a guard assigned to look after the cars and the Father of the the groom a person of some respect asked for those drinking to surrender their keys and get them tomorrow or he would get their cars dropped of latter.

TIT! I was amazed common sense at it's best

I did a 20 day dry out during Ramadan last year in Bahrain...very handy as there is no booze available anywhere. I felt great but fell back in soon after. Got busted for drunk driving at 8 am one morning after a collision with a local raghead. Hadn't had a drink in 10 hours and the raghead was at fault but SOP is to nail the white man for the liability.

Gotta help the liver somehow

I found a good home homeopathy website that has all sorts of remedies and solutions.

Common ingredients for liver cleansing seem to be citrus and olive oil.

Exercise shouldn't be ignored either as your body will sweat out the toxins. But this shouldn't be a problem in LOS. :o

Curezone - Liver cleanse

Hope this helps.
