My present housemate will be leaving Thailand end of August so I am looking for a friend to share the house.

It is a two-story home in Indy House prject opposite of Phuket Marina in Koh Kaew area, nice house in good environment. The bedroom has en-suite bathroom and we share common living area and small kitchecn corner downstair.The rent is THB 17,000 and it is shared by two, not including electiricity, water etc bill.

I am thai guy, working in hotel industry prefering someone between 25 - 35 years old. No smoking please :)
