Today's Bangok Run BH3 Run No 1461 At 5 pm. Men Only

Take the second stage expressway towards Chaeng Wattana. Take the exit left for Ratchadapisek Road. At the first traffic lights zero your odometer while you wait for them to change, and then go straight on into Wong Sawang Road. Keep in the left hand lanes to avoid going over the next flyover. At the next traffic lights (Wongsawan, 1.2km) turn right (sign posted Nontha Buri). When your odometer reads 3.7km you should see a left turn signposted to 'Thanon Kanchanapisek' and later 'Pra Rama 5'. Take this turn, and then get in the right lane to enter the Main Road. At about 5.8km you will cross the Rama 5 Bridge. About 500m after the bridge filter left into the service road and just before the traffic lights do a U-turn under the bridge. Keep in the service road heading back towards the river. About 50 metres before you reach the river you will see a small ramp leading up to the paved area underneath the bridge. Go up onto this area and park.

Siam Sunday Hash Sunday 3rd July, Run 159 at 16:30

Take the expressway towards Bang Na and exit at The Port. At the bottom of the ramp turn right, and drive about 300 metres until the main entrance of the port is in front of you. Turn left down a small soi, and follow the soi to the right and then round a sharp left turn. Fifty metres further on where the soi goes right again carry straight on into the compound of the Sanitary Section and park.

This is a boat run, so don't be late.

Those who need a lift and those with spare seats on their limousines should meet at 3 pm at the Rama VI statue, outside the entrance to Lumpini Park opposite the Dusit Thani Hotel.
