Well it arrived today and paid them their dick turpin fee (stand an deliver) UPS pirates...see my post re.. customs and UPS

It`s in and working...

I turned the the number one dial 3 clicks clockwise from where it was set (originally on setting "B") and left number two dial where it was set....took it out for a 130 kilo test drive, a lot better poke than standard, when you hit 2000 revs the improvement is very noticible, but where i saw the best improvement was the lower consumption, i didn`t measure it truly but it seems to use a lot less derv(B5) In my case..

I think it will improve as time goes on too, as she has only 1,100k on the clock..

FAO, MRO... the chip i got was the one for the Pajero V80 2.5 DI-D, 2477ccm, 103kW (140PS) race pro- listed on their website, i didn`t see your post re. triton/L200 chip you ordered so i hope i got the right one? (do me a favour please MRO, or anyone else) there is a sticker on the race chip pro with i presume the model number, i think something like 1.74 or thereabouts on it, (it`s dark now so will confirm mine tomorrow) so i can compare, and the internal jumper is on the right hand pins looking at the the jumper..

But like i said before a big improvement.....i still miss my audi turbo though....

Just one more point, the manual states the LED test dongle should flash when the test is performed, mine just stays lit without flashing and when looking at their youtube install video theirs didn`t flash either? typo in in their part?

The only difference between the Racechip for different vehicles is the jumper settings / default positions for the rotary pots, and the cable harness supplied - the actual box is the same for every vehicle. So long as the cable fits, the LED on the test harness illuminates and the jumper settings are correct, you're good to go.

Here's the (tweaked) settings I have on mine:

The word "flashing" in the owner's manual was a bad translation from German - it should read "illuminated" (I confirmed this with the vendor)
