I have the same problem the last couple of days. I already called them about it but nothing changes.

I got it installed last week it was on Sunday was holiday and the cable guy said signal will come on Monday working day then on Monday i've been waiting all day i phoned them twice said to them that signal didnt come then the call centre guy in bkk said will contact to my local staff to check my cable haha later on i found out why shit its because they didnt give us signal!( we got cable installed the same day) and my neighbousr got same problem i wondered this is how they work? do they talk to each other at all? team work?

I have no idea but it is anoying to loose connection this often. Before i did not have this problem and now its just happening a lot. You have the same problem so i think there is something wrong in their network. They are upgrading it so that might have something to do with it.
