Small Rubber Farm For Sale

I have a small farm (26 Rai) with a 3 br house, workers cottage and separate garage/store room for sale 11 km outside of Klaeng, the other side of Rayong on the way to Chantaburi. The farm has 2 large fish ponds of approx 2 rai each and 1,400 rubber trees (6 years old - can start tapping them next year), and about 400 other assorted trees.

For some reason can not open a new topic in the classified section, that's why I posted in Real Estate and not accomodation. I personally live in Pattaya and this was bought as an investment. With the economic downturn I find myself now in the position of needing to sell, but not really wanting to. Have spent around 2 mil Baht upgrading the house etc over hte last year. Thought about posting this in the farming section, but thought the Real Estate was better.
