Had 3BB installed the other day. Didnt have a laptop at new place to test, so they installed,, plugged the modem in and said "we switch on internet tomorrow". This was Saturday. Today its still not working. I logon to the router and see ADSL Down, no signal, 0/0 on all the metrics.

If I remember correctly last time I had 3BB installed, it synced but just didnt authenicate until the next day? Is this correct or am I dreaming?

I see some of the wiring is piss poor so after trying to contact the call center I might have a go at rewiring the last bit myself and see if that works or is this indicative of a problem further upstream. 1530 is keeps giving me network busy.

If the wiring look sus replace as much as you can, a poor connection will slow it down, let alone a break.
