Google a bit for its reviews. There are some out there.

Looks like a desperate attempt for staying in business. As most smartphones come now with google maps and voice guidance (my E71 has that feature!!) the need for Garmin hardware is no longer there.

Som nam naa...they stopped selling their software only a while ago saying that it can only be purchased with an HTC phone and well...Google enters stage left.

I'd like to add that I have a sub-notebook with Garmin glued to my dashbord. Nevertheless, I use more and more my mobile phone for guidance as it knows places Garmin doesn't and takes me there with equally good guidance. If it only had a larger screen...
