Instructions for use:

Before use, put on gloves and safety goggles,

Dilute the cleaner with water,

Always test a part of the surface that is not directly in sight, to see how the object responds to Pure Cleaner,

Use small amounts for cleaning and wipe off with a dry cloth,

Rinse the cleaned element with cold water and dry,

Wash your hands after cleaning,

Only use G.B.L.-Cleaner in an open and/or well ventilated space;

I think you mean 'GHB' AKA Rohypnol, but maybe not? But if that's what you meant, you're most likely correct as it's (GLB) very closely related to GHB and actually part of the process for production...
