PATTAYA: -- Meat supplies in Pattaya are at an all time low and local vendor are blaming Cambodia for the shortage. On Friday we spoke with meat vendors who work in Soi Kow Tha Low in East Pattaya and they told us that, in the past, they would purchase their meat from local abattoirs; however they are now being turned away due to a lack of supplies.
