Pattaya Bargirl Arrested over S. African Social Networking Scam

Samut Prakan: -- Thai authorities arrested a Pattaya bargirl last week over her alleged involvement in an intricate social networking scam involving her South African boyfriend and associates. The scam is thought to have netted the perpetrators over Bt20 million baht from unassuming female victims.

Samut Prakan, the 7th of October 2010: At approximately 1:30am on Thursday last week, Major general Chisanupong Yooktatat (Samut Prakan Police Commissioner) and his team revealed the arrest of Ms. Kontanun (AKA, Sao Billapat) in the central Thai province of Samut Prakan.

Why do people always bring business scams where other seek pleasure/soul mate/partner/wife. Now the ladies wont be that worried how far you will want to go on the first date but also take leave their bags in the safe at the lobby.

If there was not so much corruption in Thailand Scams such as this would never be believed by the Locals. but because there is so much corruption the locals actually believe this could be possible and the money transfered will get the "soul mate" out of Imigration for them to be repaid by there "soul mate".

She was arrested because the victims were Thai, anybody heard of a Thai Bar Lady being arrested for scamming money out of farang sponsors?
