Australian retired sailor found dead in his Jomtien Condo

PATTAYA: A suspicious death of an Australian National occurred in Jomtien over the weekend. Police and Rescue Services were called to the Rimhard Jomtien Condo and to room number 515, occupied by Mr. Garth Pickering Carter aged 71 from Australia, a retired sailor from the Royal Australian Navy. He was discovered by staff at the condo who were concerned for his welfare.
