I'm looking to rent a studio at View Talay 6, Central Pattaya for 6 months possibly longer starting in mid November. What is considered a fair rent? What is the difference in cost between the Naklua and Walking Street sides? Does anyone on TV have a studio for rent? If anyone on TV is renting at VT6, may I ask what are you paying? I've searched TV for info and found one member requesting a studio for 6 months saying that he would pay B12,000 for the Naklua side and up to B14,000 for the Walking Street side (monthly). Is this reasonable?

Any info gratefully received.
