Everton have wrapped up the signing of Phil Neville! I am not sure if this is just a panic buy with no one wanting to sign for them. Personally i dont rate him, but maybe this is what Everton need before their CL qualifying game. He has CL experience which will come in valuable.

I think Everton will struggle this season with the few signings they have made and the amount of games they will have to play (if they get through to the CL group stages) but dont underestimate Moyes, he is a good manager and will probably get the best out of the Neviller.
