I Had A Wee Cry..

Featured Replies

I'm afraid I feel nothing but cynicism towards the Jackson's. I might have a butchers later though.

But after watching this and how his mother talked and how the kids talked, I was rather emotional. Couldn't understand a word the father said apart from strap. Even now at, whatever age he is, he is a bully.

Have a look, will take 30 odd minutes out of your life. And it's in 10 minute segments.

Michael Jackson's father was worse than a bully. and frankly, his mother allowed abuse, doesn't do much in my eyes then.

sbk, did you watch it? The mother seems just a mother, almost like my mother. Loving, open, kind and soft. She cried throughout the whole thing, like any mother would do who had lost a child.

The father, on the other hand was gruff, rude, etc. Body language comes into it - mother relaxed - father arms across chest etc.

That woman has probably been frightened of that man for 50 odd years, if he abused his kids he must have abused his wife too. Now her kids are grown up and can stand up to him. Supposedly they have nothing to do with the sad bastard now.

Good for them.

I think I'll skip it if you don't mind/ Just too depressing. :(

The mother has been a " Jackson " from the start. As SBK says, if she was such a good mother when the family were first in the public eye, would it have been too difficult to stop the abuse ?

Each and every one of them knows how to manipulate the media for their own ends. She is no different.

Sorry, I don't abide by women who allow their kids to be abused. She may have been abused herself, and likely so given the level of violence the father was capable of but no mother should stand by and let her kids receive it too. Sorry, no sympathy for that woman here.

Better to cry over this
