That BIC C will be buying Carrefour. Wondering what will happen in about six months in regards to the Carrefour/Big C

stores here?

I was just reading about that in the news. Both are French owned and see, with the buy out, Big C will pass Tesco Lotus with number of outlets in Thailand. I personally never visit Carrefour because of location to me so I won't notice the change.

I thought Big C was owned by Central.

You'll still be able to buy great potatoes for 20 Baht kilo and big bunches of bananas for 15 Baht at the local markets.smile.gif
