Hi Trev.

You might also want to consider 40 street mansion located Suk Soi 40. I used to live there myself.

It's about an 8 minute walk to either Thonglor or Ekamai skytrain station. It's a nice little place and has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available. Last I heard prices started at 15,000, 20,000, and 30,000 for the 2 bed.

Drawback is it doesn't have a mini mart salon, gym etc and the pool is very tiny, so if these things are important to you is a non starter.

The immediate Soi is sparse too as it's a traffic-through for Sukhumvit and Rama 4.

The end of Soi 38 is a great place for all varieties of Thai food and is open until the small hours of the morning. This Soi is really well known for its grub but once again, it's not on the doorstep so expect a sweaty 10 minute walk to get there.

There’s an example here: http://www.mrroomfinder.com/detail.php?id=65

Cheers

Aitch

Try Grand Hitech Tower. It's on Ekkamai Road. www.grandhitechtower.com.
