You are not speaking on my behalf. Who died and left you in charge?

So you're saying that you DO care about my personal life and whether or not I personally have been profiled. I didn't know you cared. Touching. It softens my heart somewhat toward you chuck my old pal.

Don't get all misty eyed here. I am only saying don't speak on my behalf.

I expect you have already been profiled if, in fact, you are as vociferous as you claim to be.

Having said that, I also expect they have simply written you off as a harmless nut with little intent to do any harm.

Personally?? I couldn't care less.

Then I DID speak for you!!

Anybody with a brain larger than a pea knows what I said. You obviously cannot pass that test.

Now I have said all I wish to say on this matter. Blather on if you desire.

People with brains the size of peas should be screened by security because they are precisely the people who can be talked into boarding a plane with explosives in their crotch.

i may be wrong but i believe that even though expats complete many documents for visa status, we are harder to quietly put a complete portfolio together on than say a forum member living in their home country. expats are somewhat invisable.

In some ways I agree.....In effect when you live off the beaten track in another country you are more off the grid than some.

But then again with the data available to them you are either off the grid/invisible 100% or.....not

If they decide to take an interest in you for what ever reason they can easily do so.

If you maintain a visa/passport/bank account etc. They can bring it all to a halt very quickly in requesting your presence before them.

Your data started at birth if your from most developed countries.

For the most part invasion of privacy is just that....But I do not think any of us here need to disappear 100% do we?

I am not bothered that they think they know everything about me ;)

I certainly have a brain larger than a pea, so your insulting inference is hollow and ridiculous, and I hope SBK will keep her promise about the name-calling and insults ("harmless nut" to be included)

I would hazard a guess that everyone in this forum knows what you said, to wit; that I don't speak for you. Yet I DID speak for you, as you have confessed!

Mary Mary, quite contrary.

You will disagree with me, or try to find fault with me, JUST for the sake of it, even when you contradict yourself in doing so.

Rather pathetic.

Anyone with a brain larger than a pea knows I don't joke around when I warn against name calling and flaming. See you in a week.

Please let that argument stop here and move on. :jap:

I just saved a lot of time and friended the CIA on Facebook;

You are quite right, plasic card OK must be accompanied by the old paper copy to hire a car, because plastic doesn't show any convictions, but you can draw large amounts of money on the plastic type.

Now some clever arse is going to tell me ' it aint plastic guvner, honest'.

I can draw large amounts of money on the wall, r on my paper driving licence.

But I'd probably make an appearance in court for defacing property or something daft.

And out here in Vietnam all the money is plastic. (Well, above 5,000 dong. Around 25 cents US)

I just want to remind everyone that this is all happening on Obama's and the Democrat's watch. Bush was supposed to be the facist with the Patriot Act (which Dems supported) but this stuff happening lately goes even further.

Sad to say it all happened/is happening under the citizens watch

CONCLUSION

Meta-analyses from the UK, along with preliminary findings from the US, indicate strongly that video surveillance has little to no positive impact on crime.

So why invest all that money if apparently it is not reducing crime rates?

A company claiming to be the worlds biggest manufacturer: http://www.pelco.com/sites/global/en/company/about-us/company-profile/worldwide-headquarters.page
