I suppose it depends on which floor you're on and which direction your condo faces.

I think you would get more responses to your post in the Chiang Mai Forum. Perhaps a kindly moderator will move it there

I visited a friend there, its really nice. he is high up, so i can only speak for those levels. friendly and clean.
