Apple Pc, Wifi, And Japan/Thai Plugs

Featured Replies

I am so ignorant on this.

First. I bought my macbook in Japan. I have never used wifi, but if I am in Thailand and I go to a place with wifi will it work? Do I need to do anything? I mean, if I do, I need a step by idiots step guide otherwise it wont happen. :)

Second, I have my macbook, I also have a hard drive with 300 hours of great tv on it. Will they both work in Thailand? I mean will the plug fit and will I risk blowing up anything if I plug the dam_n thing in? Both pc and hard drive are about 4 years old if that matters.

It will all work fine. Voltage is converted by the little box between the wall plug and your computer to whatever you will need.
