HEY WAS WONDERING ABOUT VISA TO UK FOR MY WIFE.

SHE HAD A BABY IN A PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP WHEN SHE WAS YOUNG AND HAS HAD LITTLE TO NO CONTACT WITH HER DAUGHTER SINCE DUE TO HER EX.

WE BOTH ARE HAPPY TO START OUR OWN FAMILY LATER BUT WAS WONDERING WILL THIS CAUSE ANY PROBLEM WHEN SHE IS INTERVIEWED FOR HER SETTLEMENT VISA?

Darren, before you get a rolicking off other members. Turn off your CAP LOCK. Cap's are only used when shouting at people. :o

As for your question. Don't know mate but someone will know, there's alot of knowledge on this forum.

cheers and welcome to TV

No, the presence of a child from a previous relationship will not, per se, have a bearing upon your wife's application. She should, however, declare the existence of the child on the application form and provide a copy of the child's birth certificate.

Scouse.
