unique USA visa situation

i am 19 years old. i have been living in thailand for one year. i make my money (an excessive amount) on the internet.

Okay, now the messy stuff.

I want to go back to visit my parents for Xmas and would like to bring my thai GF with me. Weve been dating for the past 9 months. She was a student at a univeristy for a year or two, and has recently re-enrolled and plans to take classes via the internet. she doesnt have a job. i support her. i love her and want to spend as much time as posible with her, and i make more in an hour then she could in a month, so it makes sense. she is 21.

what game plan should we use to get her a visa? will it even be posible?

problems: she has no job, hasnt been to uni in a year. i am only 19, she is only 21. i have no concrete salary job.

plus's: i can give her money towards a statement. i can show my bank statements. we have the money.

i can have my mom send a letter and pictures inviting her to spend xmas at my family.

Will this be enough or am I going to be laughed out of the room?

on LP, they mentioned using a Visa Service?

Hi Dan,

I'm not well acquainted with US immigration law, but the principles are pretty much the same as the UK.

Basically, your g/f would need to show the visa officer that she has a good reason(s) to return to Thailand at the end of her visit. From the information you have provided, she does not seem to have this, although, if you can convince the visa officer that you will be returning to Thailand with her, then this may go someway to assuaging any doubts he may have.

Scouse.

What is so "unique" about yuor situation? Hundreds of guys have faced the same situation as you and you should make use of the "search" function to read how they succeeded (or not). You're relatively rich and you have the hots for an unemployed and uneducated Thai girl, and you want to show her off to your friends at home. Join the club.
