I am getting my first B Visa to return to LOS next month.

What will my B Visa allow me to do that a Toursit Visa won't?

I am actually applying for a work permit when I arrive but, in the meantime does the B Visa mean i can have a Bank Acct in LOS?

Can I own a car?(or do i need the Work permit too?)

Any other benefits?

I don't mean about broder runs BTW. I know that it will make that part easier.
