BOOB jobs have been Britain's most popular cosmetic op of the past 25 years, research shows.

Two thirds of vanity surgery in the UK is now to change the size of a girl's assets.

More than 25,000 a year have the op with the average boob job costing £4,000.

Most requested size is 34D, says surgery firm Transform.

Women in London have the most breast ops followed by girls in Manchester and Bristol.

Fat-busting liposuction is the second most popular op, then eye bag removal and nose jobs.

Personally, I prefer natural, whether large, small or in between. Don't have much experience with nature-enhanced sticky-out bits, but they look so false. Or maybe it's only the false-looking ones I notice.

It's like women reading fashion magazines and saying 'Ooohhh I must have that / get rid of those / make sure to buy the other'. Me, I have fifteen year old shirts, twenty year old trousers and such, that I wear as regularly as the five year old ones.

I have had cosmetic surgery, however. In Bristol, too. Had a skin cancer the size of my thumbnail removed from my face. Used up a lunchtime doing it, but that was worth it.
