August 27, 200520 yr Hi, I'm looking to rent an apartment in BKK from Oct-Dec. I would like it to be someplace central, close to BTS and the like. 2 bedrooms, preferably with access to a gym. Furnished, etc. Could I find a nice place for Bt10-15,000?
August 27, 200520 yr If you look outside of the lower sukhumvit area, the prices get better. Especially near On Nut or Mo Chit. If you save some money on rent, you may find a gym nearby with really good equipment. A California Wow is opening near Mo Chit, not sure about On Nut though. Look for serviced apartments by the month or places that somebody is breaking a lease early on. I am breaking mine early but my place may be more than you want to spend.
August 27, 200520 yr in the central locations, the places that have 2 bedroom apartments usually want more money per month, or year leases. on the other hand, studios can be found all over that are month to month, and less than 6k baht a month.
