my sister would need to get from suvarna to don mueng airport to catch a connecting flight with Nok air to Udon.(March)

Its impossible for me to assist her personaly.

I already asked nok air up till now "no reply"

Does anyone knows if there is a guidens service at the airport to assist my disabled sister?

I know from when my mother came here (not disabled as such but can not walk great distance as she needs a stick) she asked for a wheelchair assistance, she was met from the plane and taken through immigration, then taken to my car, I gave the guy a nice tip for being helpful. (there is also a charge I believe, however in Singapore there was no charge)

Ok I know this does not answer your question but my point is that I know there is aid in the airport, either pre booked or you can request on the flight. As to the travelling in between, well that one is the puzzler, I can only think about a taxi, the airport staff will take her to the taxi rank, and then arrange with Nok air to do the same at the other end.

I am not sure even if your sister needs wheelchair as you don't say which disability, sorry i can not be more help.

Edit, the other option is to not use Nok Air, use air asia and then she does not have to leave Survanibhumi
