January 11, 201115 yr Anyone know of a good computer shop in or around Mahasarakham. I need a new mic and webcam to replace the poor quality ones I bought before. I've tried Easy Com but they only have cheap ones. I would think something from Logi tech or Creative would be a good bet but I have no idea where to get them. Thanks in advance.
January 11, 201115 yr There's a really good one in Roi-Et. Going back into town away from Tesco, about 500 yards on your left. Glass doors, blue.
January 11, 201115 yr It'd be worth your while driving to KK from Mahalakham ( about an hour city to city I reckon) and visiting the Tuk Com IT Mall near the Pullman and Kosa hotels. Basically concerning all things PC etc related if they don't have it you don't really need it. Loads of choice.

January 12, 201115 yr Author Thanks for the quick replies. I'm only visiting this time so the internet option is no good but I will keep in mind for when I move out here. We are going to Roi Et today so I will try that one and if that fails then maybe a trip to KK. My gf shes she knows where the shop is. Thanks again guys.
January 12, 201115 yr Actually I'm trying to keep my posts down but -- never having heard of the shop before -- I go onto Google and find: Thaivisa and InvadeIT launch on line IT store -- Everything you need in one place ... nothing like a little disclosure for the hoi polloi ... and the poster giving that impartial review above is also coincidentally from their hometown of Hua Hin ... Sounds like ThaiVisa Insurance who says to every general insurance inquiry "May we suggest you fill out a form... '
January 29, 201115 yr Author Sorry for the delay in replying. Not sure if anyone will read this but thanks for all the help. I went to Roi Et and found a computer shop which I assume is the one mentioned by MJP. I got a webcam that seems OK. I'm surprised that none of the shops I've visited seem to sell webcams by the major companies. Maybe Thai internet isn't good enough to make it worthwhile buying anything expensive. Anyway problem solved for now. Just checked www.invadeit.co.th and that seems to be better. I'll try that next time I'm out in Thailand.
