i've got an old s#itter of a Nissan Sunny. '84. When i bought it (30,000 - bargain!) the Thai lad said to use gasohol...

Why? I thought.. just cos its cheaper..?

So I did.. and my mpg, or lpk or whatever is RUBBISH!

You recon its ok with good ol' leaded?

No such thing as "leaded" fuel available at regular service stations in Thailand.

Try Regular Benzene91, and listen ot for engine pinging.

Cheers. :)

Gasohol will most likely destroy any rubber (fuel lines etc) it comes in contact with, older cars are not designed for it.

'Real' 95 is getting very rare these days, try 91 and see how it runs it was likely designed for it anyway.

As noted by previous posters, any gasohol fuels will attack rubber components in the fuel system leading to failure sooner or later.
